This means all of our job supervisors and installers have to be “Master Shingle Applicators”. They are periodically tested to be sure they are up to date with any industry changes and to ensure that they are installing shingles per CertianTeed requirements. They also require that the managers be Certified not just as a “Master Shingle Applicator” but also a “Shingle Quality Specialist”.
