When Steve Coon acquired the old Powerhouse Building in downtown Canton, he knew the roof renovation would be one of the most difficult aspects of restoring this historical building.

 

Steve selected Buxton Roofing to essentially rebuild the upper portion of this century old facility. He knows we love challenging projects such as this.

 

The old roof system was completely removed and the rusted deck was replaced. New roof drains and sump pans were installed for proper drainage. We then installed 2" of polyisocyanurate insulation covered by a Versico .060 Fully Adhered E.P.D.M. Rubber Roof System. The finished roof is a low maintenance system that is protected by a 15 year Total System Warranty by Versico Roofing Systems covering all materials and labor for that period.
